Job Summary

The Enrollment Advisor will serve as the primary representative of EF Academy in Zurich, driving the recruitment of international students to their prestigious boarding school campuses in Oxford, New York, and California. This highly international role requires engaging prospective parents and students, promoting the high school programs, and achieving direct sales targets through phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and educational fairs. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships, guiding families through crucial life decisions regarding their children's education. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree and is motivated by meeting KPIs within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
