The successful candidate will act as a co-business partner to SWL Digital, SWL Innovation, and TraveKom projects, optimizing controlling and reporting processes, driving digitalization initiatives, and enhancing reporting structures with clear KPIs and transparent contribution margins. Key responsibilities include developing modern BI solutions, analyzing economic and organizational contexts, and designing efficient control instruments to improve structural understanding and capacity planning. The role also involves close collaboration with group controlling, refining cost and profit center structures, and establishing guidelines for internal allocations and pricing. Ultimately, this position aims to provide clear management reporting, actionable insights from plan/actual variances, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, fostering transparent, lean, and effective controlling.
