Job Summary
This 6-month internship, offered by Ringier Media Switzerland starting January 2026, provides a unique opportunity to dive into the intersection of creative advertising, CRM, and cutting-edge technology, with a strong outlook for permanent employment. You will gain hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, focusing heavily on data utilization to enhance customer understanding. Key responsibilities include analyzing and segmenting customer data to enable targeted, personalized marketing activities. You will actively develop data-driven customer segmentations, optimize CRM measures across the entire customer lifecycle, and support the maintenance and evolution of marketing automation flows. The ideal candidate is technically adept, enjoys working analytically with data, and is eager to explore new technologies, including AI-driven personalization and digital tools. You will proactively advise marketing teams on implementing automated campaigns and contribute to optimizing CRM processes and workflows.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (current enrollment or recent graduate) in Marketing, Data Analytics, Communication, or a similar field.
Experience
- Currently studying or recently completed studies in a relevant field
- Professional interest in Marketing Automation, CRM, and data-driven targeting
- Experience in analytical work and data-driven thinking regarding target groups and campaign logic
