Job Summary
Join UKA Group, a leading renewable energy project developer, as a Technical Operations Manager for wind and PV parks. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical oversight of wind energy systems, analyzing performance, and managing communication with various stakeholders including operators, manufacturers, service companies, energy providers, and authorities. Key responsibilities also include coordinating and monitoring maintenance, repair work, and expert assessments, as well as managing defect reports and incident resolution. This position offers a diverse range of tasks within a motivated team, contributing directly to the energy transition. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree or relevant professional experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in German and English.
Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed technical degree (preferably Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering) OR certified technician (staatlich geprüfter Techniker) OR relevant vocational training with several years of professional experience in wind energy operations.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical operations management of wind energy systems (advantageous, but not mandatory)
- Experience in coordinating and monitoring maintenance and repair measures
- Experience in managing communication with various stakeholders (operators, manufacturers, service companies, authorities)
Languages

- Valid car driver's license (PKW-Führerschein).
