Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will be instrumental in the commissioning and maintenance of advanced machinery and automation systems for clients in the electronics industry, particularly within electromobility and renewable energy sectors. Your daily tasks will involve programming and verifying Beckhoff PLC controls using TWINCAT 2/3, performing quality checks, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing telephone support. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. You will also offer 2nd level technical support to international colleagues and meticulously document your activities.
