Job Summary

This role is for an IT Systems Integration Specialist based in Hamburg, focusing on the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructures for diverse clients. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring and patch management for servers and systems, handling 1st-level support tickets, and assisting with complex 2nd-level issues. The specialist will administer and maintain client servers within Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365 and Azure, as well as networks, firewalls, mobile devices, and VOIP telephone systems. Key requirements include a completed IT education or comparable professional experience, strong foundational knowledge in networking, Windows Server systems, MS Exchange, Hyper-V, VMware, Microsoft 365, and Azure. The ideal candidate will be a team player, possess strong communication skills, be responsible, open to new technologies, and eager to learn. A Class B driving license is also required.
