Job Summary

This leadership role involves spearheading a team of 10 professionals dedicated to network solutions. The Head of Network Solutions will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of network infrastructure solutions, from planning and implementation to optimization, ensuring they align with market demands and leverage innovative technologies. Key responsibilities include managing projects in virtualization, site networking, VoIP telephony, and IT security, as well as integrating modern network solutions for clients. This position requires close collaboration with sales and IT departments for strategic company development and process optimization, alongside coordinating service and support projects to ensure high customer satisfaction. The role also involves continuous analysis and improvement of departmental processes to maximize efficiency and quality, and managing technology and innovation within the department.
