Job Summary
This role involves working as a Civil Engineer within the Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport, specifically in the Stade regional division. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing statements related to specialized planning and planning approval procedures from various planning bodies, including agricultural administration, transport providers, water management, the German Armed Forces, utility companies, and the federal railway. Key tasks also include preparing statements for development plans and land-use plans, drafting agreements related to urban development planning, and contributing to other participation procedures. This position requires a proactive, structured, and communicative professional with strong organizational skills and a background in civil or transport engineering.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or Diploma (FH) in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, or Business Engineering with a specialization in Civil Engineering/Construction Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
