Job Summary
The University Hospital Regensburg is seeking an IT Service and Process Manager to join its Information Technology department. This full-time, permanent position involves the continuous development and expansion of the existing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools, with a focus on enhancing IT services and support processes across all systems. The role requires ensuring agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, expanding the service catalog, and contributing to cross-functional IT projects and strategy development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong IT and IT infrastructure background, extensive ITIL experience, and practical experience with ITSM tools. Required Skills
Education
Relevant university degree (including Bachelor/Master from a University of Applied Sciences) or comparable education
Experience
- Professional experience in organizations of comparable size (if qualification is not a degree)
- Extensive ITIL experience
- Extensive experience with ITSM tools and their application in IT processes
- Several years of experience in leading projects from initiation to acceptance
- Detailed knowledge in developing IT operating models considering ITIL, service quality, and standardization
