Job Summary
This role involves managing the financial operations for the IT-Allianz Nord, including preparing economic plans and annual financial statements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for budget execution, analyzing and implementing VAT-related matters in accordance with §2b of the German VAT Act, and preparing monthly VAT pre-registrations and annual tax declarations. Additionally, the position supports the conception and execution of inventories. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in public administration or commercial finance, particularly with experience in double-entry bookkeeping systems and municipal annual financial statement preparation. Required Skills
Education
Civil service qualification (Laufbahngruppe 2, first entry-level, general services) OR completed training as an administrative assistant with successful completion of the 2nd employee course (Verwaltungsfachwirtin) OR completed commercial training with subsequent qualification as a state-certified accountant (IHK) OR equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in applying double-entry bookkeeping systems, preferably in a municipal or institutional environment
- Experience in municipal annual financial statement preparation
