Required Skills
Education
University degree in Social and Health Sciences or comparable qualification; State-recognized training as a Geriatric Nurse, Health and General Nurse, or Health and Pediatric Nurse; Additional qualifications in Quality Management are advantageous
Experience
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in practical nursing
- Ideally experience as a Nursing Service Manager or in Quality Management in healthcare

- Willingness to undertake regular, multi-day business trips within Germany; Residence in the greater Hamburg, Lübeck, or Schwerin area
