Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Administrative Sciences or comparable qualification (Angestelltenlehrgang II / Verwaltungsfachwirt or Beamter qualification for 1st entry-level, 2nd career group)

Experience

  • Several years of experience in Public Administration, preferably in municipal administration
  • Project experience in digitalization
  • Experience in business process optimization
  • Familiarity with the organizational structure and processes of administration
  • Familiarity with the implementation of the Online Access Act
  • Experience in implementing new IT procedures into existing organizational structures, considering data protection
  • Several years of leadership and management experience (desirable)
