Job Summary

This role involves leading and developing the Laboratory and Measurement Technology department, currently comprising five employees. The successful candidate will oversee a wide range of testing responsibilities, including electrical functional tests, environmental simulations, application tests, dimensional measurements, layer thickness measurements, material analyses, microsection preparations, mechanical tests, and vibration tests on electrical, electronic, electromechanical, and fiber optic products to assess product quality. A key aspect is ensuring product qualification adheres to requirements and applicable guidelines. The position also entails acquiring and monitoring test standards, planning processes and measurement equipment strategically, and supporting development teams in product optimization, especially concerning EMC hardening and interference suppression of electronic circuits.
