This role is for a technically skilled professional to provide 2nd level support for Windows and/or Linux environments. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues within the IT infrastructure, including networks and server systems. Key responsibilities also include supporting the planning, implementation, and development of system and network architectures, collaborating with 1st and 3rd level support, and contributing to IT process documentation and optimization. The ideal candidate will have current knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, experience with network infrastructures, and proficiency in collaboration solutions like Office 365 and MS Teams.
