This role is for a technically skilled IT Support Specialist focusing on 2nd Level support for Windows and/or Linux environments. The specialist will be responsible for the administration, analysis, and resolution of technical issues within the IT infrastructure, including networks and server systems. Key responsibilities also include supporting the planning and implementation of system architectures, collaborating with 1st and 3rd level support, and contributing to process documentation and optimization. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, network infrastructures, and collaboration solutions like Office 365 and MS Teams.
