Job Summary
This role is for a technically skilled professional to provide 2nd level support for Windows and/or Linux environments. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues within the IT infrastructure, including networks and server systems. Key responsibilities include supporting the planning and implementation of system and network architectures, collaborating with 1st and 3rd level support, documenting IT processes, and ensuring system security through updates and patches. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, network infrastructures, and collaboration solutions like Office 365 and MS Teams. They should be proactive in continuous learning, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with business travel for project work.
