Job Summary

This role involves designing and operating the LAN/WAN networks across company locations, ensuring robust and secure network infrastructure. The successful candidate will administer and configure routers and switches in both campus and data center environments, maintaining the functionality of WAN/MAN connections and network-proximate services like DNS and DHCP. Key responsibilities include participating in cross-location projects to modernize network infrastructure, independently analyzing and resolving incidents, and implementing security standards. The position requires a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, profound expertise in network administration (especially with Cisco technologies), and extensive knowledge of switching, routing, and network security. Experience with automation in network administration and Software-Defined Networking solutions like VMWare NSX-T is a plus.
