Job Summary

As a Senior IT Service Technician, you will be crucial in ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT services for the German armed forces. Your daily responsibilities will involve diagnosing and resolving issues across PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN environments using a ticketing system. You'll also manage IT relocation tasks, provide on-site support, and contribute to IT infrastructure expansion projects. This role requires meticulous documentation of all activities.
