Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Clinical Trial Assistant or Project/Team Assistant to join a motivated Clinical Operations team at Forschungsdock CRO GmbH, a contract research organization based near Hamburg. The successful candidate will provide essential support to Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of clinical trials, from preparation to close-out, focusing on studies involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Key responsibilities include managing Trial Master Files (TMF) and Investigator Site Files (ISF), supporting Clinical Research Associates (CRA) with site visits and remote monitoring, assisting with regulatory submissions to ethics committees and authorities, and preparing crucial study documents.
