Job Summary

This role involves leading diverse and challenging technical building equipment projects, ranging from smaller initiatives to large-scale institutional buildings, often with public clients. The Project Manager will be responsible for the project planning, tendering, and design of building services systems (HVAC or electrical engineering) in accordance with HOAI. A key aspect of the role is acting as a liaison between the planning team, clients, users, and external planning participants, while also leading and organizing the internal planning team. The successful candidate will ensure financial, schedule, and quality targets are met, and manage internal budget specifications and processing times. This position offers significant flexibility, including up to three days of home office or remote work, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team environment.
