Job Summary

This role involves leading a department within a major logistics project for a fashion retail group. The Department Manager will be responsible for the daily operational management, utilizing key performance indicators and analytical skills to steer their area. A key aspect of the role is the continuous optimization of processes, developing and implementing standards and best practices to enhance productivity. The successful candidate will also ensure adherence to labor law and occupational safety standards, acting as a role model. This is a leadership position, requiring both technical and disciplinary guidance of the team, managing personnel deployment, and motivating staff with a hands-on approach.
