As an IT Specialist for the User Help Desk, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring smooth IT operations for employees. Your daily tasks will involve handling 1st-level support cases, efficiently resolving issues, and managing the IT hotline to ensure constant availability. You will also provide expert IT consulting, explaining technical concepts and optimal technology usage to colleagues. A crucial part of your role will be maintaining and updating the ticketing system and knowledge database, alongside creating comprehensive technical documentation. This position is ideal for a tech-savvy individual with a strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others navigate IT challenges in a modern and innovative banking environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification (e.g., IT System Management Assistant), or commercial training with an IT background, or a degree in Computer Science.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or a related field
- Experience with Windows system architecture and application environments (including internships or student worker roles)
