Job Summary

The Customs Expert will be responsible for independently managing import and export customs clearance processes using the ATLAS system. Key responsibilities include tariff classification of goods, assessing Dual-Use relevance and export control licensing requirements, and providing training and consultation to sales staff on export control regulations. The role also involves monitoring the company's sanctions list, preparing and submitting CBAM and F-Gas reports, and acting as a contact person for EUDR topics. The ideal candidate will oversee and maintain customs authorizations, apply for new customs and foreign trade licenses, and serve as a Key-User for AC and ACS in the customs system.
