Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician to join a client company specializing in information technology services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced services in personal systems, data center, and networking environments. Day-to-day tasks include processing individual incidents and IMAC services, troubleshooting client-side hardware and software issues, and supporting users with mobile devices (iOS & Android). The technician will also assist with network problems in collaboration with a remote team, perform IMAC activities (Installation, Move, Add, Change), and configure and install PCs, notebooks, and printers. Meticulous documentation of all tasks within a ticketing system is essential. The position requires a strong IT background, practical experience with ticketing systems, and proficiency in MS Office products. Excellent German and English language skills are crucial due to the international nature of the client, along with a Class B driving license for on-site support.

Completed IT-related vocational training or equivalent

Experience

  • 1 year of practical experience in an IT environment within the last 3 years
  • User experience with ticketing systems or comparable documentation workflows
  • Experience with correct cabling and performing technical work steps
