As a Working Student in Process and System Maintenance at Avacon Connect, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations department, particularly in the areas of billing and debt management. Your daily tasks will involve processing additional efforts, including data cleansing in legacy systems due to new process and system implementations, resolving billing discrepancies, and documenting operational processes. You will review and complete incomplete orders to ensure contract compliance, prepare documents for legal dunning procedures, and communicate with customers via email or phone when necessary. Utilizing MS Dynamics CRM as a central database, you will document all relevant information and contribute to process optimization by leveraging insights from your handled cases.
