Job Summary

This role is perfect for an experienced engineer specializing in energy and building technology. You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the engine combined heat and power plant (MHKW) and various energy systems, including climate and ventilation systems, ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Key tasks involve planning and coordinating inspections, maintenance, and modernizations, as well as collaborating with procurement for energy acquisition. You'll act as a primary contact for energy suppliers, review energy bills, and prepare tax refund applications. Additionally, you will be in charge of the annual CO2 balance, reporting, and conducting energy audits according to DIN EN 16247-1/ISO 50001, implementing measures for energy transition. The position requires a strong background in supply engineering, with expertise in heating, gas, and water technology, and basic knowledge of electrical and control engineering.
