Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Product Lifecycle and Data Management Systems, you will be instrumental in implementing integrated end-to-end solutions to establish data-centric business processes. This role involves leading strategic projects within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Data Management (PDM) in a global matrix organization, focusing on digitalization initiatives across worldwide pharmaceutical production sites. You will be responsible for project setup, documentation, timeline creation, resource allocation, and budget management, alongside continuous risk, stakeholder, and change management. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or business administration, coupled with experience in leading digitalization projects and strong project management methodologies, including proficiency in MS Project. This position requires excellent communication skills in both German and English, a proactive approach to innovation, and the ability to navigate complex structures efficiently.
