The successful candidate will act as an IT Project Employee, overseeing the agile development process of new web-based e-government solutions built with modern web technologies like Java and Angular by external service providers. Key responsibilities include coordinating tasks, prioritizing user stories, testing software versions, and supporting the implementation and data migration. This position is ideal for IT professionals or IT-affine natural scientists interested in contributing their expertise to environmental protection through innovative IT solutions. The role offers a chance to work in a large public authority, contributing to significant modernization projects and collaborating with a team of experts.

Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Geoinformatics, Natural Sciences, or Engineering with IT qualification/experience; or equivalent skills and experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT project management (advantageous)
  • Professional experience in data evaluation (advantageous)
  • Professional experience in requirements analysis (advantageous)
  • Initial practical experience with Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Angular, and service-oriented architecture (advantageous)
  • Initial practical experience with agile methodologies
