Job Summary

As a Development Electrical Engineer in Gunzenhausen, you will play a crucial role in a small team (approx. 5 members) focused on developing a new series of high-power control cabinets, specifically handling currents exceeding 1600A. Your daily tasks will involve defining electrical components, particularly power electronics like power controllers and thyristors, and ensuring the design adheres to standards such as EN60204-1 and EN61439. You will also contribute to shaping the manufacturing and testing processes for these control cabinets and support electrical products throughout their lifecycle, from development to optimization. This position requires a strong background in electrical engineering, practical experience with control cabinet construction, and proficiency in relevant software. After an initial training period, there's an opportunity to lead development projects, collaborating closely with various departments.
