Job Summary

This role involves overseeing and enhancing the company's Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, facilitating seamless data exchange with customers, suppliers, service providers, and internal departments. Key responsibilities include setting up, configuring, and maintaining EDI interfaces and mappings (e.g., EDIFACT, XML), as well as providing 1st and 2nd-level support for EDI issues. The specialist will also monitor daily EDI operations, maintain system documentation, and collaborate closely with the IT department and external service providers on projects and new integrations.
