Job Summary
Join the 'Crafts Family' in Germany as a Software Support Specialist, playing a key role in strengthening craft businesses for a sustainable future. This position involves providing first-level support to employees for all software-related queries, offering tailored solutions, and actively participating in exciting projects like the implementation of a Document Management System. You will be instrumental in the introduction of new software, from selection to final deployment, and act as the primary contact for external software service providers. A crucial part of your role will be developing and conducting targeted training sessions for employees on various software applications. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial or technical training in information technology
Experience
- Professional experience in information technology, data processing, and/or application consulting is preferred
