Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineer specializing in protection and control systems, with a focus on FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission Systems) and Synchronous Condensers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical processing of these systems for reactive power compensation projects. Key tasks include developing conceptual and technical solutions within an international expert team, creating design specifications, and engineering hardware and software for station control technology. The role also involves conducting functional, performance, and customer acceptance tests in a test center, as well as commissioning plants both domestically and internationally. Ideal candidates will have a university degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, or automation technology, along with knowledge of synchronous condensers or FACTS, and basic understanding of medium and high voltage power supply systems.

Experience

  • Professional experience with Synchronous Condenser or FACTS
  • Basic knowledge in electrical power supply (medium and high voltage) and their secondary technology
  • Experience with control, HMI, and protection systems (e.g., SIPROTEC, Digsi, SICAM PAS, Win CC) is ideal
