Job Summary

This role involves taking administrative responsibility for critical IT solutions in Input Management Systems (IMS) and Document Management Systems (DMS) within a health insurance company. The specialist will conceptualize and drive the development of input management and automation solutions across multiple channels, actively steering their implementation. Key responsibilities include project support, evaluating and prioritizing use cases, aligning technical and business requirements with stakeholders, and creating comprehensive documentation. The position also entails supporting users, coordinating external service providers, and managing change and release processes, including functional testing. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to contribute to the digital transformation of a large public health insurer, ensuring efficient and reliable information flow.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience with IMS/DMS systems and their integration
  • Experience in project and process management
  • Experience in supporting technical systems, ideally in health insurance
  • Relevant experience in comparable digitalization topics
