Job Summary
This role involves overseeing the technical systems within various county properties, including schools and administrative buildings. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining technical building equipment (TGA), heating, ventilation, sanitation, and air conditioning (HLSK), electrical systems, and building management systems. A significant part of the role focuses on optimizing TGA to meet climate protection goals and leading projects as the client's representative, including procurement and contract management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in supply or electrical engineering, relevant professional experience, and a strong understanding of public procurement law and construction cost management. Required Skills
Education
University / University of Applied Sciences degree (Dipl.-Ing. / Bachelor) in Supply Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in service phases 5-8 (planning, execution, supervision of construction projects)
- Knowledge of procurement law (VOB)
- Knowledge of construction cost management and controlling
