Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Building Services Engineer, responsible for managing challenging HVAC and sanitary projects from conception to implementation. You will be instrumental in defining products and systems for technical system planners, developing innovative solutions that meet client needs, and overseeing the planning of new construction and renovation projects through various HOAI service phases. Key responsibilities include designing, calculating, and drafting building technical systems and installations, maintaining legally compliant project documentation, and actively participating in planning meetings. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Building Services or a Technician/Master qualification with a planning background, coupled with at least three years of professional experience in HVAC and sanitary systems, and proficiency in Revit. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a customer-oriented approach, are essential for success in this dynamic and impactful position.
