Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive IT support and service for a traditional company in the Greven region. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and inventorying workstation equipment, including hardware, software, and peripherals. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing, documenting, and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as assisting with the administration of Windows systems (Active Directory, operating systems, MS Office) and telephone systems. Direct customer interaction is a key component, addressing user problems and questions. The position also requires active participation in system and network-relevant IT projects, performing administrative tasks such as user creation and permission assignment, and managing IT and telecommunication contracts and invoices.
