Job Summary
The Bavarian Police is seeking an IT Professional to join their "Mobile Police" project, focusing on the technical aspects of modern policing. This role involves the installation, configuration, and administration of information and communication technology, including electronic devices, VoIP-TK systems, and UC&C solutions, specifically with AVAYA products. The successful candidate will also provide support for enterprise smartphones and tablets (iOS), manage Digitalfunk BOS, and handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical deployment planning. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Bachelor or Diploma Engineer FH) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Electrical Engineering), Technical Computer Science, Mechatronics, or another relevant field.
Experience
- Professional experience in information and communication technology
- Experience with VoIP-TK systems and UC&C solutions
- Experience in supporting enterprise mobile devices
- Experience with maintenance, error analysis, and troubleshooting of telecommunication equipment

- Class B driving license required. Consent to and successful completion of a security clearance (according to Art. 10 to 12 BaySÜG) is a prerequisite. This is a full-time, temporary position until all requirements for recognition of career qualification are met. Potential for conversion to civil servant status (3rd qualification level, A 10) if legal requirements are met and candidate is under 45 years old at time of conversion.
