This role involves contributing to the contract management for construction services (VOB) and supply and service agreements (VOL/VgV) within the Central Unit for Procurement and Contract Management of the Saxon State Enterprise for Real Estate and Construction Management (SIB) in Zwickau. Day-to-day tasks include creating small orders, contract updates, and re-assignments for contracts with freelance architects and engineers, preparing documentation for official notifications, and managing supplementary agreements for various services. The position also requires meticulous control of returned orders and agreements, data entry, and preparing invoicing documents. Required Skills

Education

Civil service qualification for career group 1, 2nd entry level (formerly middle service) of non-technical administrative service OR successfully completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant, Notary Assistant, Real Estate/Property Management Specialist, or Office Management Specialist.

Experience

  • Professional experience in contract management
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in contract management if holding a vocational qualification in real estate/property management or office management
