Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite Support Technician to join a leading global IT service provider, specializing in IT infrastructure services for large enterprises and the public sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for critical data center operations, including patching, managing cabling (fiber and copper) in distribution and server rooms, and fulfilling standard and VIP service requests. Key duties also involve distributing RSA tokens and overseeing inventory and RMA/Trade-In processes. This position requires a professional with a background in IT, either through formal education or practical experience, coupled with strong networking skills and familiarity with data center environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent German and good English language skills, along with a valid driver's license, making them a vital part of the client's IT support team.
