Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Process Manager who will be instrumental in connecting people and technology, ensuring the perfect match for clients, and identifying the right experts for various challenges. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and advancing business processes, coordinating and continuously improving internal workflows based on ITIL, and evolving the service catalog to enhance standardization. You will act as a key interface to internal and external clients, coordinate activities within the IT business unit, contribute to digitalization initiatives, and advise IT leadership on process and service quality measurement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ITIL and IT Service Architectures, along with experience in BPMN 2.0 and process modeling tools.
