Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious IT Process Manager who will be instrumental in connecting people and technology, ensuring the perfect match for clients, and identifying the right experts for various challenges. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and advancing business processes, coordinating and continuously improving internal workflows based on ITIL, and evolving the service catalog to enhance standardization. You will act as a key interface to internal and external clients, coordinate activities within the IT business unit, contribute to digitalization initiatives, and advise IT leadership on process and service quality measurement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ITIL and IT Service Architectures, along with experience in BPMN 2.0 and process modeling tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive technological advancement within an innovative environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in (Business) Informatics with a focus on Organizational Development or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience with a relevant focus is desirable
- Extensive knowledge in ITIL process framework and IT service architectures
- Comprehensive experience in applying BPMN 2.0 standard and a corresponding modeling tool
- Knowledge in organizational and process management, as well as project and conflict management
