As a Senior IT Service Technician, you will be instrumental in operating and maintaining standard software and its underlying IT infrastructure. You will also contribute to IT/telecommunications infrastructure migration projects, process optimization, and quality improvement initiatives. This role requires meticulous technical documentation of IT components and networks.
