Job Summary
As the Head of Service, you will be instrumental in building, optimizing, and restructuring the service business unit, reporting directly to the management. Your role involves defining and executing the strategic direction for the service department, leading and developing the service team, and managing resource deployment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with all relevant standards. This position requires a proactive leader with a strong technical background in automation or electrical engineering, coupled with significant experience in service management and team leadership. Degree in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
