As a Senior Demand Manager, you will be the crucial link between business needs and IT solutions, primarily within shipbuilding projects. Your day-to-day will involve understanding and structuring business requirements, translating them into IT-relevant concepts for a Shared Service IT organization, and ensuring efficient implementation from demand to solution. You will identify dependencies and risks, oversee solution implementation, and support IT demand prioritization. Acting as the primary contact for the shipbuilding project organization, you'll bridge the gap between departments and IT, offering expert advice and developing initial customer-specific IT solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT coordination, a deep understanding of IT processes, and excellent communication skills, particularly with experience in Jira and ERP systems.
