This role is for a (Senior) System Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and provide comprehensive user support for a global client in the Ansbach district. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving technical issues, from standard tickets to complex troubleshooting, as well as performing and optimizing installations, updates, and security measures. The administrator will also manage networks, mobile devices, and printers, and maintain clear, understandable documentation of IT processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, be highly proactive, and possess excellent problem-solving skills, contributing to a reliable and efficient IT environment.
