Job Summary

As a Master Electrician in Electrical Engineering, you will take full responsibility for the electrical engineering department, leading a team of approximately 20 employees. Your daily tasks will involve ensuring the timely, high-quality, and quantity-compliant production within your area of responsibility. This includes installing, testing, and repairing electrical components, wiring control panels and driver's cabs, and executing complex maintenance, retrofitting, and modernization projects. You will also be crucial in implementing lean methodologies, 5S, and Shop Floor Management, while strictly enforcing occupational safety and environmental protection measures to maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification.
