Job Summary
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the management board of a modern rehabilitation clinic near Berlin, which is part of a value-driven, family-owned clinic group. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the management in operational, conceptual, and strategic matters. Key responsibilities include preparing decision-making documents, presentations, market analyses, and reports, as well as managing and contributing to internal projects and special assignments. The position acts as a vital interface between various departments, external partners, and shareholders, and involves preparing for and following up on committee meetings and internal events. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, alongside a degree in health management or business administration.
