Alcedis, a global CRO leader in data-driven clinical research, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive progress at the intersection of innovative technologies, academic partners, and the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves strategically expanding client relationships and overseeing research projects across the entire value chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, acquiring new clients in the pharma and healthcare sectors (initially in the DACH region), and nurturing long-term business relationships. Key responsibilities include participating in sales presentations, conferences, and client consultations, as well as coordinating the entire sales process, including budget responsibility and forecasting. This position offers a meaningful role in clinical research within a modern, open corporate culture with flat hierarchies, focusing on long-term employee relationships.
