Job Summary

This exciting opportunity in Altleiningen is for a skilled Materials Tester to join a leading company specializing in welding filler wires. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive material tests and quality controls on all produced welding wire batches, ensuring top-notch product quality. Your daily tasks will involve performing precise measurements for hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen, alongside executing tensile, impact, and hardness tests. You will meticulously document and analyze test results, generating detailed test certificates. Additionally, you will be crucial in maintaining and calibrating testing equipment and providing essential quality control support to the production team. The ideal candidate will possess a completed education as a Materials Tester or a related technical background in metallurgy with relevant experience, strong knowledge of testing methods, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Fluency in German and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also key requirements for this position.
