Job Summary

This role involves shaping, implementing, and continuously developing the internal quality management system for a leading municipal clinic operator in Germany. The Quality Management Officer will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating care processes, planning and supporting quality assurance measures, and ensuring the implementation of current care standards. Key tasks include conducting care visits, moderating quality circles, and providing training to the nursing team. The ideal candidate will possess a nursing background, experience in quality assurance, and strong knowledge of relevant legal frameworks (SGB XI).
