Shift and Team Leader, Oncology Packaging | Schichtleiter (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves leading a team of approximately 15 individuals across three shifts in the packaging department for liquids, ointments, and oncology secondary packaging within a pharmaceutical production environment. The Shift Leader is responsible for ensuring all packaging processes adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and standard operating procedures. Key responsibilities include operational team leadership, personnel scheduling, conflict resolution, and serving as the primary point of contact for team members. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and manage production volume and setup times.
